Backmark: Scovill Mf'g Co / Waterbury" rmdc This is one of the. earliest
buttons issued to junior officers. Chief petty officer
buttons were used extensively after the war, this is one of the few with a
prewar backmark.
Stand up shank intact, attractive gilded nondug button.
