Original was prewar manufacture, finely stamped on heavy sheet, not lead filled

F1150   Georgia rectangle buckle 

"BRASS BUCKLE HAS GEORGIA STATE SEAL ON THE FRONT AND 1864 STAMPED INTO THE BACK SIDE. VERY LOW STARTING BID AND NO RESERVE. 3 IN. WIDE X 2 IN. TALL."

Editor note:  This seller sells on ebay auction under "Private Auction".  This plate should not fool collectors, it is a heavy casting, the original was die cast.  It is highly doubtful this piece can be shown to be authentic.
