The original was die stamped, lead filled, all started out as shoulder plates.  Many were converted to buckles.

Editor note:  This seller sells on ebay auction under "Private Auction".  This looks to be a cast plate pulled off a souvenir board.  It is highly doubtful this piece can be shown to be authentic.
