All items listed are believed to be original and authentic to the Civil War or as otherwise described.
Any excavated relics have been recovered from private property with owners permission.
Any artillery or ordnance relics have been disarmed and rendered safe.
Any weapons are pre 1898 antique weapons, and are exempt from Federal regulation, no licenses or permits are required.

Canteen, Indian War period.
Canteen is similar to Civil War canteens, the primary difference is there are two strap hooks in triangle shape on a swivel.  Canteen was manufactured  during the period following the Civil War, referred to as the Indian War period, 1870's to 1890.

Canteen is similar to Civil War canteens, the primary difference is there are two strap hooks in triangle shape on a swivel.  Canteen is marked with crossed muskets, symbol of the infantry during the period following the Civil War, referred to as the Indian War period, 1870's to 1890.  This canteen was issued to  Company G, 7th infantry.  US and 108 appear on the back.  Canteen intact with cover, both strap hooks, spout and stopper intact.
