"SCOVILLS & Co (line under the o) / (dot) WATERBURY (dot)", dm, two inner solid rings, which may be partially obscured, no outer ring, used on 3part small buttons 1840s, and many were manufactured during the era of Scovill Manufacturing, 1850s, the Scovill Co name was used as an abbreviation to fit the space on a small button.
