Federal artillery button, eagle over cannon, Artillery Corps, one part flat, "CRUMPTON (star) PHILA (star), rm, (20mm). Button was intended for artillery and depicts eagle over a cannon, generally for officers. Backmark: "CRUMPTON (star) PHILA (star), rm between two solid rings, flat one part button, manufactured early 1800's, (Crumpton100). One part flat button, coat size.
