B5535...Federal infantry button, eagle with "I", "T. N. DALE & CO / (star) N.Y. (star)" dm, (15mm) Button depicts eagle with "I" in the shield, generally for infantry officers. Backmark: "T. N. DALE & CO / (star) N.Y. (star)" dm small size only, D Evans manufactured ca 1860's, (DaleThomasN130). Two part convex button, hat or sleeve size.
Button 1200 Federal Infantry, DaleThomasN130.1. Reference: Albert GI85 or GI88, Tice GI215A6. Die variant, eagle's outstretched wings are ruffled, five tail feathers are long. This pattern is believed to have been manufactured by D Evans.

Dug button. Recovered: Maryland campaign, by Steve Kirby.

B5103...Federal infantry button, eagle with "I", "T. N. DALE & CO / (star) N.Y. (star)" dm, (15mm) Button depicts eagle with "I" in the shield, generally for infantry officers. Backmark: "T. N. Button 1200 Federal Infantry, DaleThomasN130.2. Reference: Albert GI85 or GI88, Tice GI215A6. Die variant, eagle's outstretched wings are neat and orderly, five tail feathers are short and symmetrical. This pattern is believed to have been manufactured by D Evans.
