Federal artillery button, eagle over cannon, one part flat, "EXTRA (script letters) / RICH COLOUR" dm, (22mm). Button was intended for artillery and depicts eagle over a cannon, generally for officers. Backmark: "EXTRA (script letters) / RICH COLOUR" dm graphic scroll above, wreath below, likely English manufacture, ca 1820s or 1830s, (ExtraRichColour100). One part flat button, coat size.
