B1854...Confederate staff officer "local" button, (22.2mm) Backmark: "C. ROUYER / N. O. ", rmdc, very weak stamping, Manufactured by C. Rouyer, New Orleans, (Rouyer.200).13 stars drop wing eagle facing right, 3 arrows in talon. Recovered: Richmond, Va Ref: Albert CS25, Tice CS266 variant Dug button, brass shank intact, traces of gilding. Recovered: Richmond, Virginia.
