Likely a comemorative or special issue. This button was issued by Horstmann after the Civil War but using an obsolete 1830's design. Backmark: "HORSTMANN BROS. & CO. / (dot) PHIL. (dot)" dm small letters inner ring of dots, manufactured after the Civil War. Two part flat button, coat size, 19mm to 21mm.
