Button was intended for infantry and depicts eagle with stars above, manufactured 1810's or 1820's. Backmark: "STRONG / (floral) GILT (floral)" rm outer ring, likely English manufacture 1810's. One part flat button, hat or sleeve size, 14mm to 16mm.
