Button3751-Dakota-Territory-LillyMC110 Dakota Territory, three part officer button. Backmark-LillyMC110 Dakota was organized as a Territory in 1861. All territorial buttons were manufactured after the Civil War Backmark: "M. C. LILLY & CO. / COLUMBUS O." dm between rings of dots, letters are without serifs, manufactured 1870's or later.
