ST." dm outer ring of dots, no inner ring, English import, English wartime manufacture for the Confederacy. Two part convex button, small coat or vest size, 17mm to 19mm. (star)" dm two rings of dots,actual English maker not known, likely Smith Kemp Wright, buttons made too late to be issued. Two part button, large coat size, 23mm.
